Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Support Resource Management (RMG) and consultant allocation activities.
  
• Assist in staffing coordination and project resource tracking.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
  
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and MIS related to resource utilization and operations.
  
• Assist in customer coordination, scheduling meetings, and follow-ups.
  
• Support business development initiatives and customer engagement activities.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
  
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and other strategic projects.
  

Eligibility

• MBA (Information Technology), MBA (Marketing), or MBA (Operations) – Freshers or Final Semester Students.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  
• Comfortable interacting with customers and stakeholders.
  
• Good analytical, coordination, and organizational skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
