Sr Associate Aerospace Engneering

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit Aerospace Engineering professionals across the US.
• Work on contract contract-to-hire and full-time requirements.
• Hire for roles such as Aerospace Engineer Mechanical Engineer Design Engineer Manufacturing Engineer Stress Engineer Systems Engineer Avionics Engineer Quality Engineer and Electrical Engineer.
• Utilize Dice LinkedIn Recruiter Monster Indeed CareerBuilder and internal ATS for sourcing.
• Screen candidates for technical skills experience work authorization and compensation.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.
• Build and maintain a strong aerospace talent pipeline.
• Meet client SLAs and recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• 2 years of US Staffing experience.
• Experience hiring Aerospace Engineering professionals.
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
• Experience with ATS (Ceipal JobDiva Bullhorn etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for aerospace aviation or manufacturing clients.
• Knowledge of engineering domains and aerospace job titles.
