Adaptive AUTOSAR Product Owner

Role Summary
Own the vision roadmap and delivery of Adaptive AUTOSAR platform solutions for Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs) bridging product needs business goals and engineering execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage product roadmap strategy and feature prioritization.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders architects and development teams to translate requirements into deliverables.
  • Drive Agile planning PI planning release management and stakeholder alignment.
  • Guide platform evolution across Adaptive AUTOSAR services such as Communication Execution Management Persistency Diagnostics Cybersecurity and OTA.
  • Support product growth initiatives.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 12 years in Automotive Software Development; 3 years in Product Owner/Product Management role.
  • Strong expertise in Adaptive AUTOSAR SOA SOME/IP Linux/POSIX Middleware SDV architectures.
  • Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434).
  • Experience with Agile/SAFe Jira/Azure DevOps and cross-functional stakeholder management.
