| Duties and Responsibilities | . Strategic Internal Communications Develop and implement plan for internal communications for CSR initiatives. Work with different teams to ensure effective communication and support. Coordinate with HR Marketing and leadership to share CSR initiatives. Conduct regular assessments of communication strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Create communication templates and toolkits for consistent messaging across departments. 2. Volunteering Help design and implement volunteer programs in collaboration with other teams. Collaborate with teams to identify nonprofits and local organizations to develop activities and calendar. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote volunteering opportunities via social media newsletters and internal communication channels. Maintain volunteer records assist in organizing events and prepare necessary documents and correspondence. Create and manage campaigns to encourage employee participation. 3. Media Channel Management Manage internal communication channels to ensure visibility and awareness. Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on communication effectiveness. Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to optimize channel performance. Develop and maintain a repository of all internal communications for reference and consistency. 4. Branding & Content Lead the development of a strong and consistent brand identity across CSR initiatives. Conceptualize and execute content strategies that effectively communicate impact and drive engagement. Define brand guidelines and storytelling frameworks for CSR projects Create high-quality audience-centric content across formats (digital internal campaigns) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity 5. Product Initiatives Drive end-to-end execution of CSR-related product and project initiatives by coordinating across stakeholders and ensuring seamless delivery. Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan execute and monitor initiatives Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across departments Oversee timelines deliverables and project milestones |
