Automation HR specialist

Job Description:

• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Implement configure and manage HR systems including HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to deploy new automation solutions and system enhancements.

• Provide training and support to HR staff on newly implemented tools systems and automated workflows.

• Ensure HR systems comply with internal policies regulatory requirements and data security standards.

• Generate HR analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues in a timely manner.

• Stay updated on emerging trends technologies and best practices in HR automation and digital HR transformation.

• Conduct training sessions workshops and documentation to improve HR team proficiency in HR technologies.
