- Participate in the research, planning, and design of functionalities for simulationHub design software products.
- Develop detailed written specifications and documentation for individual software modules and features.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Development, Product Management, UX, and QA to ensure smooth product development and feature implementation.
- Assist in identifying and addressing bugs, usability issues, and product feature enhancements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive user guides, product manuals, and release documentation to support end users and internal teams.
- Interact with customers independently or in research/user groups to gather insights, feedback, and requirements for product improvements.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends, product positioning, and opportunities for innovation within the HVAC simulation domain.
