Senior UI Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI Designer with 5-7+ years of experience in designing and delivering complex, high-volume business or enterprise applications. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create high-quality UI solutions for portals, business applications, mobile apps, dashboards, and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX team members to define and implement UI elements.
• Design modern and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Develop screen mockups, style guides, icons, and visual documentation.
• Ensure UI designs follow usability standards and design best practices.
• Apply design system consistency across products.
• Create interactive prototypes using tools like Axure, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Foster a design-thinking culture within the team.
• Mentor junior designers on UI best practices and technical limitations.
• Support cross-functional teams including UX, product management, and engineering.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design for enterprise applications.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Axure, and related tools.
• Ability to translate brand identities into intuitive user interfaces.
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and the ability to create interactive prototypes.
• Experience collaborating with UX researchers and design teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise software, CRM, CMS, or BI systems is a plus.
