Job description

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Australia payroll processes, compliance, and full employee lifecycle management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees.
  • Manage new hires and PAN changes in the payroll system.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for payroll processes and procedures.
  • Handle termination processing, variance reports, payroll checking, and client management.
  • Review payroll administration, records of employment, and monthly reporting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in payroll functional knowledge, process improvement, and problem-solving.
  • Manage generic mailboxes and respond to payroll queries.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel formulas for payroll analysis and reporting.
  • Assist the GL (General Ledger) team with payroll-related reconciliations.

Work Experience:

  • 7–10 years of experience in payroll processing, specifically for the Australia region.

Work Mode:

  • Hybrid – Work from the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).

Shift Timings:

  • 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Cab facility provided).
