Role Description The Founder's Office – Growth and Ops Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. This role involves partnering closely with the founder to drive growth projects, coordinate cross-functional execution, and track key business metrics. Daily responsibilities include managing workflows and operations, preparing analytical reports and presentations, and supporting customer-facing initiatives that improve delivery experience and adoption of the FenixCommerce platform. The position also includes handling administrative tasks, overseeing documentation and basic financial processes, and collaborating with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure smooth internal communication and efficient service delivery. The individual will be expected to proactively identify process improvements, assist in planning and execution of special projects, and act as a central point of coordination for the founder's priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Administrative assistance and office administration skills, including organizing schedules, managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and maintaining efficient office processes.
• Customer service capabilities, with experience supporting client-facing teams, responding to inquiries professionally, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
• Basic accounting and financial administration skills, such as handling expense tracking, invoice coordination, and supporting budget or reporting tasks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using spreadsheets, dashboards, and data to inform decisions and track performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in eCommerce, logistics, SaaS, or startup environments is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, ownership mindset, and willingness to work closely with founders on strategic and operational initiatives.
