Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making and business growth
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage treasury functions including cash flow management, funding, and investments
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws and regulatory frameworks relevant to NBFCs
• Lead investor relations activities, including communication with shareholders, analysts, and potential investors
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and tax authorities for timely reporting and compliance
• Drive cost optimization and financial efficiency initiatives across the organization
