Loco Otro is not your typical restaurant kitchen.

We're a 130-seater tapas bar where creativity, experimentation, and research are part of everyday life. From unique experiences like Finding Feni, Tequila Darling, and 2 Chefs & a Brewer to seasonal menu launches and chef collaborations, we're constantly exploring new ingredients, techniques, and food stories.

We're looking for passionate Commis Chefs who want to do more than just follow recipes. We want people who are curious, eager to learn, and excited to be part of a team that creates, experiments, and grows together.

Responsibilities

Commi 1

• Independently handle a kitchen section
• Support menu development and food trials
• Assist in training junior team members
• Ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene standards
• Contribute ideas for seasonal and event menus

Commi 2

• Manage daily prep and service responsibilities
• Support senior chefs during menu trials and events
• Maintain quality and consistency during service
• Continuously improve technical skills and product knowledge

Commi 3

• Assist with mise en place and food preparation
• Learn and execute recipes as per standards
• Support all sections as required
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
