Windows System Administration with Quality Assurance
Provision configure and QA non-production environments
Familiarity with creating standardized SOPs managing quality metrics and facilitating internal/external IT audits.
Experience with performance and log monitoring
Create document and maintain detailed structured test plans
Identify log track and re-test bugs using defect tracking systems
Test troubleshoot and ensure the reliability of applications
Prepare the D/W/M reports and present to the client
Do the analysis of the data and find the trends.
Guide the team on Quality Aspects of the support
Create and maintain the project documentation.
