What awaits you/ Job Profile
| - Perform CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) modelling and simulation with focus onbody and structure development component validation across the development lifecycle
- Extensive experience on full vehicle passive safety structural crashworthiness development programs from concept to virtual validation in CAE afterwards those same vehicles for passive safety (data acquisition sensing validation homologation and official NCAP) vehicle crash tests
- Strong expertise in LS-DYNA and Pam-crash crash simulations including full vehicle interior and exterior component level validations across Euro NCAP FMVSS AIS ECE and RCAR regulations
- Proven CAEtest correlation and simulation expertise across major OEM programs
- Comprehensive understanding of automotive passive safety crash test regulations (UN ECE AIS FMVSS TRIAS) bumper insurance regulations (AZT & Thatcham RCAR) and consumer safety protocols (Euro NCAP/ANCAP IIHS ASEAN NCAP Latin NCAP Global NCAP and Bharat NCAP)
- Cross domain CAE (Passive safety NVH etc.) physical crash test execution experience desirable
- Euro NCAP accredited lab experience managing end to-end passive safety testing and simulation experience desirable
- Should be highly skilled with CAE preprocessor tools (ANSA/ META post Ls-Pre-Post Hyper works) CAE simulation software (LS-DYNA Pam-crash) and optimization tools (LS-OPT Opti struct Nastran desirable)

- Basic knowledge of Python for data processing or automation
