Manage Multiple locations And ensure they will deliver their set targets and drive KRA for the business. Manage channel relationships Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration meet allocated sales targets Manage the sales process Ensure process rigor and controllership Ensure smooth service delivery to channels. | Required Qualifications and Experience | Graduate/ Post Graduate or MBA Finance/ Mktg With relevant experience of 2-4 prior work experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills. Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter |
