Position : Electrical (BIM)

Experience : 10+ years

Qualification : B.E or B. Tech. (Electrical)

Required Skills & Experience :

1. Engineers with exp on Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Naviswork– Mandatory
2. Basic knowledge of sizing calculations like lighting calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop etc.
3. Experience with Clash co-ordination tools like – BIMTRACK, BIM 360 issues, Revitzo (ANY of them)
4. Common data environments like BLUEBEAM, BIM 360, Drop Box, ProjectWise (collaborative tools to work on a model)
5. Worked on diff. building sectors – residential, commercial, institutional (schools, colleges), healthcare (hospitals), transportation (airports, bus stations, metro stations), data centres etc.
6. Experience of working on international projects is essential.
7. Should have good knowledge of Revit modelling task and Revit interface such as views, browser structure, sheets, schedules, filters, and similar Revit functions.
8. Knowledge of mostly used Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering design concepts, practices, & procedures.
9. Electrical Circuiting, Wiring, Panel/DB schedule preparation
10. Knowledge of mostly used Mechanical Engineering design concepts, practices, & procedures.
11. Experience with Architectural, structural & MEPF clash co-ordination.
12. Basic Knowledge of Project phases & deliverables requirements against each project stage.
13. Experience in Electrical drawings creation/Documentation.
14. Experience in Electrical equipment & services hanger support modelling.
15. Experience of working on Fabrication models, shop drawings, Builder's work drawings & Spool Drawings
16. Experience in review and QA/QC of 3D models, Drawings etc.
17. Experience in Parametric Revit Family creation.
18. Experience in BOQ & Quantity Take-offs
19. Should have skill to manage & give prioritize while working on multiple tasks.
20. Should have ability to perform under time pressure and ready to adapt project requirement changes with a positive attitude
21. Should have good oral and written communication skills.
22. Should be self-motivated, proactive and good team player.
23. Should have good skill to communicate well and professionally with all levels associates i.e. Team members, Management Staff, clients, and others

Responsibilities

1. Working on Multiple Projects along with timely delivery and quality.
2. Daily project task allocation & management.
3. Team Leadership
4. Tracking Team Training & Competency
5. Study the project Specification & other technical documents.
6. Prepare Effort Estimation & List of Deliverables to be produced.
7. Input data review & prepare RFIs for insufficient data etc.
8. Reviewing MH estimation for Designing as well as BIM Detailing.
9. Coordination of services with all other trade services such as Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection etc.
10. Participate in Team meetings & Client meetings.
11. Review & QAQC of project Deliverables.
12. Relationship with customer to enhance the work
