Senior Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in at least one of the following engagements: BI/DW, DWH, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Projects, Data Management, or Data Governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing escalations, service issues, and improvement initiatives
• Manage project delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs
• Monitor service delivery costs and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and expenses remain within budget constraints
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and value creation for both the client and the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction
• Identify and mitigate risks to service delivery, implementing proactive measures to ensure smooth operations
• Lead regular status reviews with stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project progress
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and ITIL best practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in service delivery management; attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions
