Product Owner

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead client discovery, shape product strategy, and drive successful delivery of digital solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to define business priorities, translate requirements into product roadmaps, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business needs and define solution approaches.

• Translate business requirements into product priorities, user stories, backlogs, and delivery plans.

• Define MVPs, product roadmaps, and phased delivery strategies.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and cross-functional delivery teams.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Designers, and Developers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support pre-sales, solutioning, and scope definition activities.

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making sessions.

• Manage stakeholder expectations, project risks, dependencies, and changing priorities.

• Ensure solutions remain aligned with business objectives and long-term product vision.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or similar role.

• Strong client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with software development and digital delivery teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving requirements.

• Commercial awareness with an understanding of cost, scope, timelines, and business value.
