Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.

Understand customer concerns and provide prompt, accurate, and effective resolutions.

Maintain a professional and empathetic approach during all customer interactions.

Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.

Meet individual and team KPIs, including Quality, AHT, CSAT, and Productivity.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.

Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Stay updated on product, process, and policy changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Neutral or international accent is an added advantage.

Good listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Willingness to work from the office.

Experience:

Candidates with experience in an International Voice Process, Customer Service, Technical Support, or Sales will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate with healthcare voice process
