| Required Qualifications and Experience | Graduate in Management from a good institute 2.1 3 years of experience with at least 2 years in a similar role of interacting with Teams and field members be capable of understanding field issues and convert them into actionable and improvements have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials |
