Role: Associate – Finance Operations (Balance & Documents Collection) Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline) Experience: 0–3 Years CTC: 3.5 - 4lpa ️ Working Days: 6 Days a Week Job Responsibilities: Connect with learners to follow up on pending balance payments and required documentation. Collect and verify financial and academic documents from learners. Ensure timely closure of pending cases while maintaining high-quality customer interactions. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve learner queries efficiently. Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems with case details. Meet daily productivity and quality targets while ensuring a seamless learner experience. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English . For South India locations, proficiency in the respective local language is mandatory. Good negotiation and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
