MAJOR CHALLENGES(Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job)Training of self and their team right onboarding to help settle the employee well in onboarding of New Dealer/Partner with BFLRetention of Off-roll staff5. DECISIONS(Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end)Hiring of Off roll staffApprovals by coordinating with internal stake holders eg. Clearing casesLead allocationField activity planning and closure6.
