Position: Content Developer

As a Content Developer, you will work with global clients to design and develop learning content that helps professionals learn, grow, and perform better.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop learning content for global corporate clients.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand content domains and learning requirements.
- Conduct research, analyze source material, and identify insights that enhance learning effectiveness.
- Create storyboards for web-based learning and instructor-led training programs.
- Design and structure courses based on client-specific requirements and learning objectives.
- Conceptualize multimedia elements and collaborate with visual designers to create engaging learning experiences.
- Learn and leverage the latest content development tools and technologies.
- Ensure content quality, instructional effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
