Job Title: Process Supervisor

Location: Ahmedabad

Work mode: work from site

Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Construction Supervisors with 10+ years of experience in Ultrapure Water, Wastewater, Chemical, or Gas Systems are highly preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and ensure safe work practices at the project site.
• Ensure approved Risk Assessments and Method Statements are followed.
• Assist Package Owners in executing Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), inspections, and testing & commissioning activities.
• Lead system walk-down punch listing and close-out activities.
• Monitor subcontractors' site progress and resolve site coordination issues.
• Participate in daily construction and weekly vendor meetings.
• Coordinate with clients, construction, safety, quality, commissioning, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Provide regular work progress updates to Lead Engineers.
• Participate in project lessons learned and continuous improvement discussions.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in construction supervision within Ultrapure Water, Wastewater, Chemical, or Gas Systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Professional approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
