Human Resources Executive

We're Hiring: HR Executive (IT Recruitment & HR Operations)

Pune | 1–3 Years Experience | Full-time

Testrig Technologies is looking for a proactive HR Executive who can manage end-to-end IT recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR operations in a fast-growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiation.
• Coordinate offer generation, onboarding, and joining formalities for new employees.
• Handle employee engagement, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and other HR operations.
• Support performance management, employee queries, and HR policy implementation.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring and an excellent candidate experience.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
