Role: HR Associate

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Role Overview:

The HR Associate will support day-to-day human resources operations with a focus on HRMS administration, recruitment coordination, payroll support, and employee documentation. The role requires strong attention to detail, ownership of operational tasks, and the ability to coordinate smoothly across employees, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- HRMS Operations

• Maintain and update employee data in the HRMS accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage onboarding, employee profile updates, attendance inputs, leave records, and other routine HRMS workflows.
• Coordinate with employees and managers to resolve HRMS-related discrepancies and ensure data hygiene.
• Support periodic audits of employee records, reports, and system entries.

- Talent Acquisition Support

• Support sourcing, interview scheduling and calendar management across candidates and hiring teams.
• Keep candidates warm throughout the interview process through timely communication and follow-ups.

- Payroll and Documentation Support

• Assist with payroll input collation, validation, and coordination with finance/payroll teams.
• Coordinate collection and organization of documents required for salary processing, revisions, and full-and-final settlement.

-Employee Lifecycle and General HR Support

• Support onboarding coordination, including document collection, induction scheduling, and joining formalities.
• Assist in offboarding processes, including asset collection, exit paperwork, and closure documentation.
• Respond to employee queries on routine HR matters in a timely and professional manner.
• Help maintain HR records, templates, policies, and standard communication drafts.
• Support HR initiatives, engagement activities, and internal communication processes as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll support, TA, or generalist HR roles.
