Job Description: India-Technology Apprentice IThe India-Technology Apprentice Program is a two-year early career development experience designed to accelerate your growth in the fintech industry. Through structured assignments within a specific technology track analysts gain hands-on experience build technical and professional skills and collaborate across teams to solve real business challenges. The program includes formal training mentorship and exposure to senior leadership supporting long-term career development within the organizationWhat Does a India-Technology Apprentice do at FiservCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement technology application development testing and deployment business requirements and translate them into technical to innovation projects and continuous improvement on platform level initiativesWhat You Will Do:Work on real-world projects involving software development testing and exposure to technologies such as Python SQL and API in Agile development processes and learn industry best technical documentation and assist in system integration in learning sessions and mentorship programs to accelerate your career You Will Need to Have:Recent graduate with a Bachelors degree in STEM (Computer Science IT etc.).8.0 CGPA (No Backlogs) equivalent academic analytical and problem-solving in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and exposure to AI/ML concepts such as understanding basic algorithms data handling or using AI powered tools and platforms with an eagerness to learn and apply emerging to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing Would Be Nice to Have:Knowledge of programming languages: Java OR C OR COR C# with Python R SQL T-SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI with Selenium API Testing and frameworks like MSTest or of Test Driven Development (TDD) and software testing to cloud technologies and modern development preference will be given to candidates who possess relevant training certifications or internship experience
