Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective support to customers via live chat for e-commerce inquiries.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution in a professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers and promote products.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
