Role Purpose
Manage and deliver cadre (GET/MTs/Trainees/Apprentices and other early-career populations) management and internal talent mobility operations across multiple manufacturing assets/sites.
The role is largely accountable to running governance, coordinating stakeholders, standardising campus hiring outreach and execution in partnership with TA, and ensuring consistent early-career management. Drive practical digitalisation of work packages (governance workflows, analytics insights, campus portal, online hackathons, assessments and structured interview feedback capture) in partnership with HRIS/tech teams.
Key Responsibilites
- Campus hiring strategy & annual plan (with TA partnership) - Build the campus hiring plan (target institutes, engagement approach, evaluation framework and calendar) aligned to workforce needs; coordinate with TA and sites for execution readiness.
- Campus hiring cycle execution (process, controls, closure) - Own end-to-end campus cycle operations drive requirements consolidation, ensure assessments/interviews/feedback capture are completed on time, track offers-to-join, and run pre-joining engagement with TA owning hiring actions.
- Governance & process discipline - Maintain SOPs, checklists and trackers for campus, cadre and mobility processes; ensure consistent adherence and audit-ready documentation across sites.
- Employer branding (outcome-linked execution) - Execute employer branding initiatives aligned to campus hiring; manage partners where applicable and track what improves visibility, participation and conversion.
- Early-career management & integration - Enable consistent early-career experience across sites onboarding support, allocation communication, manager connects and structured tracking during early tenure.
- Digitalisation of work packages - Digitalise governance and analytics insights, campus portal enablement, online hackathons, assessments and structured interview feedback capture; coordinate with HRIS/tech partners and vendors.
- Analytics & insights for action - Build periodic review packs and dashboards; track mobility outcomes including % of vacancies filled internally by top talent and drive actions with stakeholders.
- Special Projects - Own and deliver on assigned special projects in area such as Talent Management, Performance Management, policy formulation, and tactical automation and digitalisation
