Job Description
- Experienced in the acquisition of land for setting up large wind/Solar/Green Hydrogen/Green Ammonia projects, related documentation, due diligence, title search reports and land maps, identify aggregators for smooth acquisition of land.
- Experienced in application of state Land laws, Property laws and Local laws, including all issues relating to conversion of agricultural land into NA., title search and preparation of title reports, mutation, amalgamation of land, stamp duty and registration of documents.
- Responsible for land purchases/ acquisition of land for industrial and commercial purposes and all relevant government procedures
- Liaisoning experience with State Govt. Bodies TRANSCOs/ DISCOMs/ SLDCs/ SERCs, others, if required) in expediting government processes on priority on time.
- Experience in coordination/submission/obtaining - LTOA/ BPTA/ Connectivity Agreements, and others with close coordination with concerned officials.
- Responsible for timely tracking/submitting/refunds of all financial fees/Bill Settlement/ BG's as per state prevailing norms.
- Experienced in PESO, Factory Act, Pollution Control Board, obtaining Preliminary and Final Licenses and experienced in Renewal of Statutory Licenses
- Experienced in obtaining Environmental Clearance
- Experienced in Obtaining Forest NOC
- Experienced in obtaining FIRE NOC Preliminary and Final.
- Coordination with State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, Liaising with load dispatch centres, different utilities, government bodies, ministries and other stakeholders, and other administrative work as required.
- Liaisoning of all approvals required from the Chief Electrical Officer for Power Transmission.
- Liaison for all environmental, right of way, Gram Panchayat approvals and other approvals as required for power flow under open access mode.
- Approvals from Water Department Nagpur for Borewell installation.
- Acquisition of land for setting up of large wind/Solar/Green Hydrogen/Green Ammonia projects related documentation, due diligence, title search reports and land maps, identify aggregators for smooth acquisition of land.
- Know technical requirements and on-site land identification for Solar/Wind Power/ Green Hydrogen/Green Ammonia
- Stay updated with the application of state Land laws, Property laws and Local laws, including all issues relating to conversion of agricultural land into NA, title search and preparation of title reports, mutation, amalgamation of land, stamp duty and registration of documents.
- Responsible for land purchases/ acquisition of land for industrial and commercial purposes and all relevant government procedures.
- Develop excellent rapport with revenue and other govt. officials.
- Get involved in forest land application and acquisition, survey forest office queries redressal, preparation of necessary drawings and documents.
- Oversee the entire process of lease and possession.
- Acquisition of compensation land and related activities of afforestation.
- Coordinate and liaise for permissions from all government and regulatory authorities for acquisition and transfer of land in the name of the company and also for implementation of projects; ensure proper documentation of land purchase.
- Deal with vendors, consultants, land agents, and internal departments for various development activities such as WRD, project execution, marketing, and engineering.
- Liaison with state revenue authorities for necessary title verification certificates in accordance with the standards.
- Liaison with private/ Govt. survey teams for completion of field inspection of our acquired area.
- Coordination with Local Town Planning, PWDs and other local bodies.
- To coordinate with various internal teams, Pathway and ROW Management.

- Tactical understanding of all electricity-related government bodies.
- Significant experience in open access applications for IPP's.
- Significant experience in Land acquisitions for IPP's
