Require an Analyst in Gurugram

• Quickly understand business problems marketing objectives data sources and performance trends to generate actionable insights.
  

• Support analytics measurement and reporting across key marketing priorities including target strategy campaign performance investment planning and optimization.
  

• Develop audience cohort market and segment-level diagnostics to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
  

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into structured analyses and deliver clear data-driven recommendations.
  

• Support campaign measurement test-and-control analysis performance tracking and financial impact assessment across marketing initiatives.
  

• Help streamline and automate analytical processes to improve scalability consistency and speed of insight delivery.
  

• Support preparation of executive-ready materials including performance updates marketing insights and strategic recommendation presentations.
  

Requirements

• 12 years of relevant experience in an analytical domain.
  
• Intellectual curiosity strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
  
• Ability to derive insights from data manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business questions.
  
• Strong collaboration skills with ability to build relationships across teams and challenge the status quo.
  
• Excellent business writing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
  
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL Python Hive SAS and Advanced Excel required.
  
• Experience with Tableau Power BI VBA or similar visualization / automation tools is preferred.
  
• Experience in marketing analytics campaign measurement target strategy investment planning / optimization or financial services analytics is preferred.
  

Required Skills:

Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
