Branch Manager / Branch Head

We're Hiring: PTL Branch Head — Delhi-NCR / Rajasthan

Benecargo is scaling into PTL (Part Load) operations. We're looking for a Branch Head who can build this from day one—and we're specific about who fits.

What We Need:

✓ 5–10 years running a PTL/LTL branch P&L (not just FTL)

✓ Ground operations + local sales in one person. You own both.

✓ Deep knowledge of Delhi–NCR and Rajasthan lanes

✓ Vendor, labour, and customer management under real pressure

✓ Background: Delhivery, Safexpress, TCI, Gati, VRL, DTDC, Mahindra Logistics, or similar

✓ Can build ops from zero—hiring, processes, compliance, cost control

What You'll Own:

- Branch profitability (margins, cost per consignment, vehicle utilization)

- Customer acquisition and retention in assigned lanes

- Team building (drivers, warehouse staff, billing, dispatch)

- Vendor partnerships and vendor quality

- SOP enforcement and compliance
