Job description
  • Having 5+ experience in Analyzing business requirements for new projects, system enhancements, or integration initiatives.
  • Managing the end-to-end process of deploying Infor LN solutions.
  • Planning and executing the transfer of critical data from legacy or external systems into Infor LN.
  • Providing both proactive and reactive technical support, including monitoring system performance, resolving incidents, and applying patches.
  • Overseeing periodic upgrades to the Infor LN platform, planning upgrade projects, and managing the rollout to minimize business disruption.
