Job descriptionMahavir AV Solutions NX is looking for a skilled and experienced AV professional to join our team. We are hiring for the roles of Senior AV Engineer, Senior AV Project Engineer, and Senior AV Post Sales Head, depending on the candidate's experience and expertise.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, deploying, commissioning, and supporting professional Audio Visual (AV) and Unified Communication solutions for corporate clients. The candidate must be capable of independently managing projects from planning to execution while ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
•Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end AV integration projects.
•Install, configure, commission, and troubleshoot professional AV systems.
•Deploy modular AV solutions for boardrooms, conference rooms, training rooms, and collaboration spaces.
•Configure and support video conferencing systems, displays, cameras, microphones, DSPs, control systems, and AV-over-IP solutions.
•Coordinate with customers, consultants, vendors, and internal teams during project execution.
•Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, and solution architecture drawings based on customer requirements.
•Review project designs and ensure proper implementation as per approved specifications.
•Conduct system testing, quality checks, and customer handovers.
•Provide post-sales technical support and user training when required.
•Travel across India as required for project installation, commissioning, and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Professional Audio Visual (Pro AV) or Unified Communication solutions.
•Strong knowledge of AV system integration, conferencing technologies, networking basics, and troubleshooting.
•Basic knowledge of programming and configuration of AV controllers and DSPs.
•Experience in deploying and integrating modular AV solutions using platforms such as QSC, Kramer, Crestron, and Biamp.
•Hands-on experience with Poly, Logitech, and Cisco video conferencing solutions, including installation, configuration, and commissioning.
•Experience in preparing BOQs, system designs, and solution architecture drawings.
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
•Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or lead project teams.
•Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
•Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and enterprise collaboration solutions.
•Knowledge of DSP tuning, AV control systems, and network-based AV deployments.
