Job Title: Sales Officer - Modern Trade

Job Summary

The Sales Officer - Modern Trade will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with key modern trade accounts. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in modern trade.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the modern trade sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategic planning.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in modern trade.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
