Salary Range: 45k to 50k

Roles:

1. Customer Handling & Sales

• Handle direct customer inquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.

2. Travel Package Promotion

• Promote holiday packages hotel bookings flight bookings visa assistance and customized travel itineraries.
• Upsell additional travel services to maximize revenue.

3. Lead Conversion

• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through calls emails WhatsApp and walk-in customers.
• Follow up with potential customers to improve conversion rates.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.

5. Sales Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads bookings and customer interactions.

6. Coordination

• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking confirmations and travel arrangements.
• Ensure timely delivery of travel documents and customer support.

7. Database Management

• Maintain customer database and update CRM with lead status and follow-up details.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Diploma/Degree in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.
