Trainee HR

• Assist in sourcing screening and scheduling interviews for candidates.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters appointment letters and other employee communications.
• Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Support attendance leave and payroll documentation.
• Ensure HR files and records are accurate and confidential.
• Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications :

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
