Job Requirements

About the Role

The Associate - Fraud Reporting is responsible for ensuring timely and compliant reporting of fraud incidents to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). This role involves managing regulatory requirements related to fraud and ensuring strict adherence to the Master Directions, Fraud Policy, and Process Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handle fraud reporting activities (regulatory and internal) by ensuring timely and accurate reporting, updating, and closure of all fraud cases on RBI's XBRL platform.
  • Ensure timely and correct submission of Payments Fraud Data to RBI by uploading in the prescribed format through the Electronic Data Submission Portal.
  • Institutionalize and manage regulatory-linked processes such as Central Fraud Registry (CFR), Caution Advice, Third Party Entity portal, and other related processes.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Maintain a repository and MIS of all submitted returns for future retrieval, audit, or presentation purposes.
  • Share relevant reports and data with stakeholders monthly.

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Master's degree in commerce.

Experience

  • Proven relevant experience in fraud reporting or risk management.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines related to fraud reporting.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple regulatory processes efficiently.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in maintaining MIS and documentation.
