Responsibilitie

Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
Hands-on experience with ITAM modules – HAM & SAM (SAM Pro preferred).
Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow data model.
Experience with workflow automation and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Understanding of software licensing models and compliance management.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
