Key Responsibilities

Spring Boot, Java, Node.js
- Develop server-side logic, APIs, and integration services for large-scale enterprise systems.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through code quality and database tuning.
- Implement microservices architecture using modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Java Spring Boot).
- Integrate authentication, authorization, and data security mechanisms into application backbones.
- Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end, cloud-ready solutions.
- Guide code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior engineers.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution improvements.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Code quality and test coverage metrics
- Application uptime and performance efficiency
- Defect density and resolution time
- API response time and throughput improvement
