Domain Experience Required: Lending/Fintech

Focus: User Acquisition, Lead Gen, and Funnel Optimization (App & Web)

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, scale, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display), Programmatic, and Affiliate networks.

Funnel & Conversions: Analyze click-to-install and click-to-lead journeys. Optimize landing pages and app onboarding to maximize conversion rates for personal loans and credit cards.

Data-Driven Performance: Own growth metrics and budget efficiency. Routinely track and report on CAC, LTV, CPL, ROAS, and user retention cohorts.

A/B Testing: Run structured experiments across ad copy, creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to uncover scalable winning formulas.

Collaboration: Partner with Product/Tech to ensure perfect attribution tracking (AppsFlyer/Branch) and coordinate with Creative teams to build high-converting, compliant ad assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 4-8 years of dedicated digital performance marketing experience. FinTech, Lending, or Credit Card industry experience is highly preferred.

Platform Mastery: Advanced hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Tech Stack: Proficiency with Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs like AppsFlyer/Branch), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and product analytics (Mixpanel/Clevertap).

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to manipulate and interpret data. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory; SQL knowledge is a big plus.
