Warehouse & Operations Executive

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive who can ensure every product is handled with care—from receiving inventory to making it ready for sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Receive inventory from vendors and verify quantity & quality.
• Organize products systematically in warehouse racks.
• Label shelves, racks, and storage boxes for easy identification.
• Create and maintain storage boxes for every design and size.
• Ensure warehouse remains neat, clean, and easy to navigate.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Report stock discrepancies immediately.
• Product Organization & Labelling
• Categorize products by deity, collection, size, and colour.
• Create product labels and identification tags.
• Maintain organized storage for quick order picking.
• Ensure every new product is stored in the correct location.
• Product Photoshoot
• Prepare products for photography.
• Steam/arrange products before shoot if required.
• Capture clean product photographs using company guidelines.
• Take multiple angles and close-up images.
• Ensure images meet website quality standards.
• Organize image folders properly..
