About the Role

The position is expected to be located at Plant. Facilities management - Plans execute and coordinates the pm activities concerned with equipment selection installation and commissioning construction modification and maintenance of equipment machinery in industrial plant.

What You Will Do

• Operations and Maintenance of utilities systems - HT & LT Systems UPS systems HVAC Air compressors Sets ups Nitrogen to support to Production function.
• Maintenance of Matl handling equipments
• FPS Systems Access controls and CCTV management
• Co Ordination with Sub Contractors for Execution
• Execution of New Projects/ Layout Change New Equipment Installation MSEB Liasoning Statutory compliances
• Enhance safety Environment and implementation of safety process / systems.
• Maintain the KPI - MTTR MTBF 5S.
• Spares Management
• Energy management & Building management
• Implementing Certification (OSHA TS 16949 ISO 50001) EMS OEMs Specific certifications
• EMS & Haz management systems
• Statutory compliance

What You Need to Be Successful

• Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering 7 to 10 years of experience in Plant engineering function / Utilities systems operation and maintenance.
• Certification / License: C license / Supervisor License Issued by Electricity board.
