Description
The ESaaS - Business Central Developer will play a pivotal role in driving the successful integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within Zensar Technologies. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing complex ERP and CRM integration programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading global delivery teams ensuring effective governance and delivering transformative initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central integration projects including planning governance and successful execution.
• Manage project planning scheduling milestones budgets and resource allocation.
• Lead governance meetings status reporting and executive communications.
• Coordinate with customer teams implementation partners architects developers and vendors.
• Drive Agile delivery sprint planning and release management processes.
• Oversee Hypercare transition to support and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage RAID logs dependencies change requests and delivery risks.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication.
• Maintain Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise.
• Provide executive reporting and financial management for integration programs.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM integration programs.
• Proven leadership in global delivery teams and complex transformation initiatives.
• Strong project management skills including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and delivery governance.
• Proficiency in budget management resource planning and RAID management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid or offshore environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to project delivery.
