How you'll make an impact Responsibilities : The role is supporting the administration and operational functions of the benefits programs. This position involves aiding in the processing of benefits enrollments, modifications, and terminations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and offering assistance with benefits-related questions. The assistant helps with the daily operations of benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and contributes to the preparation and submission of necessary reports and documentation. An Entry Professional applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. Professionals in this group work under close supervision and are expected to learn on the job by developing domain expertise along with technical skills. They work on routine based problems, which are not very complex using standard concepts and principles. About you Qualifications : University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
