Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 12 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns managing social media platforms optimizing websites for search engines and generating quality leads. The candidate should also be eager to work with emerging AI search technologies including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms. You will work closely with the design content and business development teams to strengthen DigiWagons and our clients online presence and drive measurable business growth.

Requirements

• 12 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  
• Strong understanding of SEO SEM PPC social media marketing and email marketing.
  
• Experience with Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
  
• Knowledge of keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO techniques.
  
• Familiarity with WordPress CMS and basic website management.
  
• Experience using tools like Canva ChatGPT or other AI-powered marketing tools.
  
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
  
• Strong analytical communication and content-writing skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  
• Knowledge of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) concepts or a willingness to learn and implement them.
  
• Understanding of structured data/schema markup featured snippets and AI-powered search experiences.
  
• Familiarity with AI search platforms such as ChatGPT Gemini Perplexity Claude or similar tools is preferred.
  
• Experience creating content optimized for both traditional search engines and AI-driven search platforms is an added advantage.
  

Responsibilities:

• Plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  
• Manage SEO activities including keyword research content optimization technical SEO and link-building.
  
• Create monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
  
• Manage the companys social media presence and improve audience engagement.
  
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare performance reports.
  
• Coordinate with designers and content writers to develop engaging marketing assets.
  
• Generate qualified leads through digital marketing initiatives.
  
• Monitor industry trends competitor strategies and emerging digital marketing practices.
  
• Optimize website content and landing pages for better search rankings and conversions.
  
• Utilize AI tools to improve marketing productivity and campaign effectiveness.
  
• Develop and implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search engines.
  
• Optimize website content using schema markup FAQ structures semantic SEO and conversational content for AI search.
  
• Monitor website visibility across traditional search engines as well as AI platforms such as ChatGPT Gemini and Perplexity and recommend optimization strategies.
  
• Collaborate with the content team to create AI-friendly authoritative and user-focused content aligned with evolving search trends.
  
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI search SEO AEO GEO and digital marketing best practices.
