HR Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Project Manager to lead and manage HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will oversee HR projects from planning through execution collaborate with cross-functional teams ensure timely delivery and drive continuous improvement in HR processes systems and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan execute and monitor HR projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to define project objectives timelines and success metrics.
• Manage HR transformation initiatives including process improvements policy implementation and organizational change.
• Coordinate with recruitment learning & development payroll HR operations and external vendors to ensure project success.
• Develop project plans risk assessments resource allocation and communication strategies.
• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Support HR technology implementations such as HRIS ATS performance management and employee engagement platforms.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and HR best practices.
• Analyze project outcomes collect feedback and recommend continuous improvements.
• Facilitate meetings workshops and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 2–3 years managing HR projects.
• Experience in HR transformation HRIS implementation or change management is an advantage.
• PMP PRINCE2 Agile or similar project management certification is preferred.

This role attracts travelling within and outside Ahmedabad

One visit a week to BNI at 07:30 am in the morning will be a part of the role
