Area Sales Executive drives product sales and revenue growth within a specific geographic territory. They are responsible for acquiring new clients managing dealer relationships ensuring product merchandising and consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales ResponsibilitiesSales Targets: Achieve and exceed daily weekly and monthly targets for product sales and customer Management: Develop a thorough understanding of the local market map customer bases and identify high-potential business opportunities within the assigned Building: Regularly visit and maintain excellent rapport with existing dealers distributors and retail Generation & Conversion: Proactively seek out new prospects through market visits cold outreach and field & Analysis: Prepare accurate sales reports track market trends and monitor competitor activities to inform future sales Requirements & SkillsExperience: 13 years of proven experience in field sales frontline retail operations or business-to-business (B2B) : A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related : Exceptional negotiation persuasion and interpersonal Proficiency: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) and Microsoft : A valid driving license local market knowledge and the willingness to spend most of the work hours in the field.
