In this role you will play a key part in designing and scaling modern Order Management solutions for a global leader helping deliver smooth end-to-end customer journeys across channels and markets while working on systems that truly make a difference at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment gaining exposure to complex projects and opportunities to continuously grow your skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and modernize enterprise OMS solutions for global retail organizations
• Lead client workshops technical discovery sessions and solution alignment discussions
• Drive architecture decisions across order lifecycle management and fulfillment orchestration
• Collaborate with cross-functional commerce integration and cloud engineering teams
• Support presales activities solution estimations and technical proposal preparation
• Contribute to enterprise commerce transformation initiatives with measurable business impact
• Act as a trusted advisor in a client-facing role combining architecture consulting and delivery leadership

Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS (must-have)
• Experience with IBM Sterling OMS architecture implementation and retail commerce ecosystems is essential
• Good understanding of the OMS ecosystem including inventory fulfillment order orchestration returns and customer service processes
• Experience working in enterprise retail and omnichannel commerce environments
• Knowledge of integrations with eCommerce ERP CRM WMS and payment platforms
• Understanding of solution design APIs integrations and distributed architectures
• Openness to work directly with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and client-facing consulting projects
• Strong communication skills and a professional level of English
