In this role you will play a key part in designing and scaling modern Order Management solutions for a global leader helping deliver smooth end-to-end customer journeys across channels and markets while working on systems that truly make a difference at scale. Responsibilities
- Architect and modernize enterprise OMS solutions for global retail organizations
- Lead client workshops technical discovery sessions and solution alignment discussions
- Drive architecture decisions across order lifecycle management and fulfillment orchestration
- Collaborate with cross-functional commerce integration and cloud engineering teams
- Support presales activities solution estimations and technical proposal preparation
- Contribute to enterprise commerce transformation initiatives with measurable business impact
- Act as a trusted advisor in a client-facing role combining architecture consulting and delivery leadership
Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS (must-have)
- Experience with IBM Sterling OMS architecture implementation and retail commerce ecosystems is essential
- Good understanding of the OMS ecosystem including inventory fulfillment order orchestration returns and customer service processes
- Experience working in enterprise retail and omnichannel commerce environments
- Knowledge of integrations with eCommerce ERP CRM WMS and payment platforms
- Understanding of solution design APIs integrations and distributed architectures
- Openness to work directly with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and client-facing consulting projects
- Strong communication skills and a professional level of English
