Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Background Verification (BGV) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in background screening and verification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive background verification checks for candidates.
• Perform data validation and verification of candidate information.
• Maintain accurate verification records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates employers educational institutions and verification agencies as required.
• Prepare verification reports and highlight discrepancies if any.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Background Verification (BGV).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end verification processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).
• Experience working with verification tools/software systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
