Senior Mobile Growth Marketing Manager

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days)and some work entirely remotely.

This is a hybrid position. Youll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter as decided by leadership. The GoDaddy Mobile Team is looking for an owner for app growth positioning and brand presence. Youll work directly alongside the people who build the product - mobile app experts who have run successful mobile apps for both startups and Fortune 500 companies. Youll get to bring AI-powered products to millions of customers and youll grow your craft alongside an AI-forward team. This role offers scope and support to drive meaningful results for one of GoDaddys critical growth engines.

What youll get to do...

• Growth strategy. Define the plan for how the app reaches more customers and how they get value faster. The levers span the GoDaddy website in-product placements customer marketing channels paid acquisition and app store optimization.
• Execution. Drive growth initiatives end to end: scoping briefs experiment design launch measurement. Partner with brand customer marketing performance marketing SEO product design and engineering teams to ship.
• Install performance. Operate app installs like a business. Set goals track daily diagnose trends and own attribution.
• Brand and positioning. Shape how the app shows up in the world. Define what we say how we say it who we say it to. Create content. Talk to customers. Stay close to competitors.
• Platform relationships. Be the marketing-side face to our partners at Apple and Google. Pitch features land promotional placements and create editorial.

Your experience should include...

• 5 years of experience working in marketing technology and/or mobile.
• Track record of growth initiatives that moved real numbers.
• Strong execution instincts. Youre organized autonomous and you ship through other teams without losing momentum.
• Comfortable with data and reporting to analyze and inform your view.
• Hands-on with AI as a real part of how you work beyond the basics. Were an AI-forward team and you should be excited to push that further both in how you operate and in what we put in front of customers.

You might also have...

• Strong preference for fluency with the mobile app ecosystem: how installs work how attribution works what good app store listings look like. Well trade experience for aptitude and growth mindset if the fit is right.
• Curiosity about small business customers. You dont need to have marketed to SMBs before but you should want to understand them. Consumer app experience is a plus
• Familiarity with experimentation methods like AB testing.
